About the Opportunity


We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Campaign Coordinator to lead our influencer marketing campaigns and work with some of the biggest brands in the world. In this role, you'll manage key elements of our Influencer Marketing Campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve outstanding results. You’ll collaborate with clients, influencers, and internal teams to bring innovative ideas to life and drive success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the day-to-day management of various influencer and social marketing campaigns
  • Working on proposals for prospective clients by identifying the correct mechanic, influencers and creative for each brand and their target audience
  • Attending pitches for prospective clients and assisting the Client Services team in client phone calls
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and campaigns are deivered
  • Overseeing and managing large budgets on multiple influencer campaigns
  • Reporting on campaigns and liaising with account managers to ensure the client is happy with the results
  • Mentoring junior members of the team

Role Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience planning and executing Influencer campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workload
  • Competent writing and communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively and calmly under pressure
  • Understanding of Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions / Reach / Engagements)

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
