The Senior Account Director will nurture and build client relationships founded on shared values and aspirations. NOTE: This is a temporary, full-time freelance role for 3-6 months with potential to extend. Candidates may work remote (US only) as long as they are available during normal business hours, Eastern Time Zone, out of consideration for our team and client. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not available. Freelancers will be engaged on a temporary basis via W-2; 1099/contractor/vendor status is not an option.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- The ability to successfully organize, manage and deliver a diverse program of activity
- A deep understanding of our client’s customers, competitors, marketplace and business challenges
- A consultative, conscientious and rigorous approach to increase our client's competitive advantage
- Ensure a collaborative ‘One Team’ approach comprising both client and agency representatives
- Lead and inspire the agency team to create remarkable work
- Experience managing large-scale digital ecosystems, specifically within CX, app, and digital marketing
- Partner with Project Management to strategically pivot team priorities to address shifting client needs without compromising quality or momentum on critical initiatives

- Available during normal business hours, US Eastern Time Zone
- Full-time work schedule (40hrs/wk)
- Anticipated weekly pay range between $4,000 - $5,000
