The Senior Clinician Recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier Clinician talent to fulfill the staffing needs of our client healthcare organizations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment. 


Essential Duties:

  • Propose innovative solutions to overcome recruiting barriers and develop strategies for new initiatives. 
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, anticipating future staffing needs and industry trends including market compensation movement.  
  • Utilize various channels, including digital media, job boards, cold calling, conferences, and local/national outreach campaigns, to identify and attract qualified candidates. 
  • Maintain a strong network within the Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine communities. 
  • Lead weekly recruiting meetings with Practice stakeholders, including Medical Directors and operations teams, to ensure alignment with recruitment goals and objectives. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the recruitment process and improve overall efficiency. 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinician positions, including candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations. 
  • Drive a high standard of excellence in candidate evaluation and selection. 
  • Discuss employment agreements and compensation terms with potential candidates. 
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for newly recruited physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs). 
  • Attend national and local conferences to network, stay informed about industry trends, and promote our organization. 
  • Conduct candidate hospital tours to highlight our facilities and opportunities. 
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. 
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on key performance indicators and recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Clinician Recruiter with 5 plus years of Healthcare recruitment, preferably within practice management space. 
  • Hospitalist and/or Emergency Medicine specialties (Mandatory). 
  • Documented success managing large clinician territory, achieving annual hiring metrics including # of clinician recruited.
