As a Senior Cloud Solution Architect (Copilot & Agents) within Customer Success, you will be at the forefront of technological innovation, driving agentic transformation and solving complex problems for top enterprise clients. You will build agents, and help customers understand how to build agents that play directly into their flow of work, turning AI from a concept into everyday, measurable business value. You have the opportunity to lead and shape how customers leverage Microsoft technologies in the era of AI, enabling organizations to realize the full value and return on their cloud investments.
You will be part of a team that drives agentic transformation end-to-end across the whole AI stack, from strategy and design through deployment, adoption, and scaled value realization. Your expertise will be crucial as you guide clients through business transformation, ensuring their success through adoption of advanced cloud and artificial intelligence solutions. Build agents and enable customers to build their own, designing, prototyping, and deploying AI agents that embed directly into customers' flow of work, and coaching customer teams to do the same so the capability sticks and scales.
Leverage market insights to help leadership and peers identify areas for technical upskilling and acceleration based on demand, and act as a mentor to drive technical readiness around security, resilience, and AI.
Proactively identify new cross-solution opportunities that empower cloud success, drive AI innovation, and strategically consult with customers to advocate for solutions that shape their business outcomes.
Guide customers through the deployment of secure, resilient, AI-enabled, and optimized cloud solutions, preparing them for long-term operational readiness and value realization.
Lead, mentor, and assemble virtual teams to tackle challenging technology scenarios, share strategic insights, and contribute to the development of scalable models, including Copilot, agents, and the broader AI stack.
Identify and communicate gaps across business and technology, connecting patterns to drive products, processes, and solutions that scale across customers.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with M365 Copilot deployment and adoption, and/or equivalent experience with comparable enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Claude for Enterprise, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT for Enterprise, Mistral, or similar), including designing or deploying AI agents in a business context.
Industry focus in one of the following: Financial Services & Banking, Aviation, Oil & Gas, or Government/Public Sector.
Technical skillset across Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
Hands-on experience developing custom agents using Agent Builder (Copilot Studio lite), Copilot Studio, or Foundry.
Consultative skillset in adoption and change management.
6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
6+ years experience leading technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
