About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Content Strategist to own Legora's editorial output in the US: long-form thought leadership, the Legora blog, and the content that gives our teams a meaningful reason to reach out to a busy prospect or customer.

This is a role for someone who can both set the strategy and roll up their sleeves to write and copy edit. You will decide what Legora should have a point of view on, build the editorial plan that gets us there, and then produce a good share of it yourself. The legal industry is going through a genuine shift and there is an enormous amount of noise about it. Your job is to make sure Legora is the source our audience actually engages with and references.

You will work at the intersection of Brand, Product Marketing, Communications and Sales, translating what our customers are doing and what our product makes.

What You’ll Do
  • Editorial strategy. Own the editorial strategy and calendar for the US: the themes we own, the arguments we make, the cadence we hold to, and the audiences each piece is for.

  • Long-form thought leadership. Research, structure and write substantial pieces — reports, essays, points of view, industry analysis — that make a real argument rather than restating a trend.

  • Bylines & external voices. Develop content with executives, legal engineers and customers, drafting under their names where that is the more credible voice, and place it where it will be read.

  • Editorial standards. Hold the bar on quality and voice across everything published. Edit others' work, push back on writing that does not meet the standard, and contribute to the tone-of-voice guidance the wider team writes against.

  • Discoverability. Build content that performs in search and in AI answer engines without letting either dictate the writing.

  • Distribution & measurement. Plan distribution alongside creation with Growth, Brand and International Marketing, and jointly define the right success metrics for the editorial program — engagement, depth, sales usage, pipeline influence — and use them to decide what to write more and less of.

  • AI-enabled workflows. Use AI to accelerate research, structuring and iteration while keeping your voice and editorial judgement firmly in the driver's seat.

What You Bring
  • Experience. 5-7+ years in content strategy, content marketing, editorial or journalism, ideally in B2B, SaaS, legal, financial services or another complex domain.

  • Writing portfolio. A strong body of published work showing range, voice and the ability to make a complicated subject clear and interesting.

  • Editorial ownership. Experience owning a content programme or publication end to end, including planning, commissioning and holding a quality bar across other people's work.

  • Sales-facing content. A track record of producing content that sales teams use, with a deep understanding of enterprise buying committees and long sales cycles.

  • Distribution & performance. Comfortable with SEO and content performance data, and able to use it to inform decisions without writing for the algorithm.

  • Collaboration. Experienced working with product marketing, brand, communications and executives, and skilled at drawing a point of view out of a busy expert.

  • AI-native. You use AI tools to work faster, and your editorial judgement is always the final word.

What’s In It For You
  • Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.

  • Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.

  • Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.

  • In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily.

  • Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package:
    Medical, Dental & Vision

    • Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente

    • HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection)

    • Dental plans via MetLife

    • Vision plans via Vision Care

    Family Support

    • Generous parental leave

    • Free access to Maven Clinic

    • Dependent Care FSA

    • Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents

    Additional Perks

    • Pre-tax commuter benefits

    • Life Insurance + STD/LTD

    • 401(K) with generous company match

    • Unlimited PTO

    • Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more
