Description

monday.com is looking for a Senior Creative Marketing Designer with outstanding conceptual and visual design skills, as well as strong experience in marketing across multiple channels. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically navigating our client-facing channels and executing with exceptional attention to detail, all while maintaining alignment with our overall style guidelines. This is a great opportunity not only to make your mark and reach millions of customers around the world, but also to help build a strong brand and support the growth of a dynamic, global business.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.

About The Role
  • Serve as an ambassador for the monday.com brand by creating and implementing brand guidelines for each project
  • Continuously innovate within the design team to develop and enhance marketing initiatives that engage our customers
  • Review work with an objective, data-driven perspective, and apply insights to future projects
  • Own strategic projects and lead them from start to finish
  • Use strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional team
  • Act as a strategic partner—not just a doer—by working closely with Marketing, R&D, PR, Video, Design, and other stakeholders

Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience and a deep understanding of all stages of the design process, with a focus on client-facing event design
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing online marketing assets, full campaigns, sales collateral, branding, and solid graphic design principles
  • A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, with a willingness to set aside ego for the benefit of the team
  • Academic background in graphic design, visual/human interaction, or a related field
  • Ability to adapt, switch gears, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, or other generative AI platforms) is a plus

Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available.
