Are you passionate about leading high-impact creative projects across video, audio, and emerging content platforms? Advanced Systems Group is looking for an experienced Senior Creative Producer to take the reigns on our most ambitious initiatives. In this vital role, you’ll own the full creative and production process—steering everything from concept through launch for major video series, campaigns, and podcasts.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Content Strategy: Refine scripts and project briefs side by side with clients; help define authentic stories for video and podcasts.

  • Own the Set: Be the authority in the studio and on location, directing camera crews, talent, voice actors, and creatives to capture compelling footage.

  • End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage budgets, schedules, and logistics while ensuring creative quality is never compromised.

  • Master Pre-Production: Oversee everything from scouting locations and selecting gear to hiring top-tier crews and vendors.

  • Lead Post-Production: Guide editors and designers with sharp creative feedback, using cutting-edge tools like Frame.io and Iconik.

  • Amplify Impact: Foster strong client partnerships and work with publishing and social teams to maximize project reach.

  • Supervise & Mentor: Shape workflows, develop production staff, and ensure every team member thrives.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • 7–10+ years producing high-budget, high-profile media projects.

  • Hands-on podcast production expertise, including scripting, casting, and audio workflows.

  • Mastery of Frame.io, Iconik (MAM), Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, and teleprompter software.

  • Proven success managing client relationships and building outstanding production partnerships.
