Senior Customer Sales Support Manager
Simplex 3D is seeking a Senior Customer Sales Support Manager to help assist the company accelerate their growth in New York and throughout the United States.

Role Overview:
Specialize in demonstrating Simplex 3D solutions to customers
Develop a deep understanding of the platform, its tools, functionalities, use cases, and data layers and how they can be leveraged for each type of stakeholder
Help develop best-in-class customer, technical, and sales support functions in the US
Deliver both individualized and group-based training at clients' request
Utilize your technical, business, and industry knowledge to support new customers and existing users
Develop best practices for implementing Simplex 3D’s system in a client’s day-to-day operations, and help increase user adoption and functionality
Compile customer feedback and other applicable data to uncover actionable insights
Track and optimize customer retention metrics
Understand individual client use cases, objectives, and KPIs
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be the technical product expert working in close partnership with our cross-border team which consists of our Sales, GIS data, and Product Management teams, as well as strategic partners to bring new products and growth strategies to the market
Work in conjunction with the sales team as a key technical advisor and advocate for Simplex 3D’s platform, while continuously improving the conversion rate from qualified opportunities to successful wins
Deliver customized software demos and sales presentations to existing customers and pre-qualified prospects via web-based delivery or on-site meetings
Support discovery sessions and identify pain points within the Simplex platform
Conduct user workshops and webinars to provide a hands-on experience of the Simplex tools
Work with the Simplex team to identify gaps in the platform’s data layers
Identify and communicate product capabilities, limitations, and implementation requirements Describe technical tradeoffs and implementation alternatives while balancing revenue opportunities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5+ years of relevant GIS experience in a support or training capacity
Deep understanding of the real estate industry and/or other related fields such as architecture and design. New York City real estate experience preferred.
Experience with GIS or architectural geographical information systems, such as ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, Revit, and Excel.
Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver complex projects on time
Excellent written communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
Ability to consult and engage with senior-level leadership
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Out-of-the-box thinker with a problem-solving/consultative approach
Can work well in both a structured and unstructured environment
