Our approach guides employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care, creating a system that works better for everyone. • Own projects end to end including problem definition, implementation, validation, & iteration
  • Research, develop, and maintain data framework, including data pipelines, statistical models, and advanced analytical solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data, product, engineering and operations teams  to shape how we define product and provider engagement metrics, and model provider behavior
  • Synthesize and present your work to Garner leadership to drive company level decisions
  • Contribute to improving data analytics practices, tooling, and documentation
The ideal candidate has:
  • 3+ years of experience in performing data, financial and/or risk analytics in a healthcare environment
  • 2+ years of experience using SQL to query, analyze, and manipulate data, including experience with one or more semantic technologies (dbt, Power BI, or similar)
  • 2+ years of experience working with Business Intelligence and visualization tools including Looker, Power BI, Tableau etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present information and analysis results effectively
  • A demonstrated ability to independently solve difficult problems and deliver high quality results to senior stakeholders
  • Deep expertise in value-based care, population health, or clinical risk adjustment, with a nuanced understanding of healthcare data (claims, network & contracting, social determinants of health)
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
  • Preferred: Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA), or on the track to become one.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
