About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Data team with a focus on Marketing Science. This person will report to our Manager of Data & Analytics and embed with the Growth team. As an early Data hire at a time of rapid company growth, you will play a key role in shaping what our processes will look like for years to come.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve our marketing measurement and optimization programs (e.g. incrementality tests, a/b tests, attribution and potentially media mix modeling).
  • Lead complex, high-visibility deep dives & analyses that drive business decisions and process or product improvements, particularly around our go-to-market motion.
  • Be a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders by identifying opportunities, shaping hypotheses, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Design and maintain scalable data models, decision tools, and analytics infrastructure (using BigQuery, dbt, and Omni) to empower self-serve analytics.
  • Drive clarity in measurement and metrics definitions, helping teams understand what is happening in the business and what they can do to improve it.
  • Promote a culture of data excellence through mentorship, documentation, and training.
  • Contribute to team strategy, project prioritization, and the continuous evolution of analytics best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL is essential. Knowledge of Python or R, a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data analytics stack (e.g. Airbyte, BigQuery, dbt, Hex, Omni, or equivalents), data modeling best practices.
  • Experience with LLM tools (e.g Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex), a plus
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Deeply curious with a drive to learn.
  • Pragmatic. Looking for real world business impact, not a science project.
  • A collaborative and empathetic mindset with experience supporting and leveling up your peers.
Compensation

Compensation range for this role can vary widely depending on experience, and for this role an indicative range is $120k-$160k + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.

Other benefits include:

  • Unlimited vacation
  • Health Insurance (including an option completely covered by Fora HQ)
  • Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Wellhub Memberships
  • 401k plan with company match
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Supplemental Life Insurance
  • Stock Options

This role is based in our beautiful New York City office (TriBeCa/FiDi) with lots of natural light and great views.
