Senior Data Integrity Analyst

The Senior Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, governance, and operational oversight of the organization's Doc-to-Data solution. This role is responsible for executing data validation, reconciliation, exception management, and quality control activities that help ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of mortgage loan data throughout the asset lifecycle.

The position serves as a key resource for Document-to-Data operations, supporting processes related to portfolio acquisitions, servicing transfers, due diligence reviews, collateral management and ongoing Asset Management activities. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, custodians and servicing partners to identify data issues, improve operational processes, enhance data quality and support scalable business operations.

 Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mortgage Banking or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of years of education and mortgage industry experience
• 3+ years of mortgage servicing, mortgage operations, collateral management, loan boarding, document management, quality control or data validation experience
• Experience reviewing mortgage loan documents and data tapes
• Experience supporting servicing transfers, acquisitions, due diligence, or asset management operations
• Previous experience with OCR, document automation, or document extraction technologies is highly desirable
• Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation 

• The hiring range for this position is between $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually
• This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
