Job DescriptionPosition Summary
The Senior Data & Performance Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the management, analysis, integration and reporting of project performance data across engineering, procurement, module fabrication and project controls functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Controls, Planning, Cost, Commercial, Engineering, Procurement and Fabrication teams to consolidate information from multiple systems, validate data quality, develop integrated dashboards and provide advanced analytics that support project leadership and governance requirements.
This role is ideally suited to an individual with strong project controls knowledge, advanced analytics capabilities and experience supporting major LNG, energy or EPC projects. Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform and AI-enabled reporting solutions is highly desirable.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10-15 years’ EPC project risk management experience.
- LNG/Oil & Gas/Energy project background.
- Strong risk management, project controls, and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Technical Skills:
- Risk, Cost & Schedule Analysis.
- Monte Carlo Simulation & Contingency Management.
- Excel, Power BI, PRA, @RISK/Safran (or equivalent).
- Digital Risk Analytics (preferred).
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in project controls reporting, business intelligence, performance analytics or project performance management.
- Demonstrated experience supporting major EPC, LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project controls disciplines, including planning, progress measurement, cost control and performance management.
- Experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary project environments.
- Proven experience delivering executive-level reporting and dashboard solutions.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications
- Experience supporting major LNG or energy infrastructure projects.
- Experience consolidating and reporting data from engineering, procurement, fabrication and project controls functions.
- Experience developing integrated digital project controls reporting environments.
- Strong understanding of project performance metrics, forecasting methodologies and executive reporting requirements.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed project teams and multiple reporting sources.
- Experience implementing reporting automation and business intelligence solutions.
- Familiarity with module fabrication performance reporting and modular execution strategies.
- Experience supporting a single source of truth approach to project performance management.
