 The Role

The Senior Content Marketing Manager will be an integral part of Pixability’s growing marketing team, serving as a critical driver of content and running point on multiple key initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this person will create an external content marketing strategy that includes social, website & blog content, thought leadership content, lead generation content, video, and exploratory storytelling channels. The role will also be a part of a growing marketing team that supports product messaging, training, and support across the company.

Who You Are

The Senior Content Marketing Manager is an experienced content marketing professional with experience in the advertising, media or a related industry. Alternatively this person could be a media agency rock star with experience understanding complex advertising offerings and translating them into easy to understand internal and external content. It’s important that this person be knowledgeable and/or passionate about YouTube and/or Creator advertising.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Product to become an expert on Pixability’s offerings and translate what makes us different into clear, sellable messaging
  • Turn that expertise into thought leadership (blogs, POVs, guides, web content) that puts Pixability’s point of view on YouTube, creators, and the AI-driven search landscape (AEO) at the center
  • Own Pixability’s web and social presence: build and optimize site content, write blogs, and plan and run social programs that drive pipeline, not just reach
  • Track YouTube and ad industry shifts (creator economy, trends, measurement, platform and API updates) and turn them into insights that shape product and GTM decisions
  • Partner with sales enablement to equip sellers with compelling content, from pitch narratives and enablement materials to PR and external communications

What You Bring to the Party

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a content marketing role, preferably in ad tech, or in a role at a media agency that directly works with YouTube
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to distill very complex information into concise internal and external content
  • Great writing skills, both in long form and short form, with an ability to work with designers and editors to create great video content for YouTube, social and the web site.
  • Experience managing the social media presence of your organization on LinkedIn, YouTube and/or other platforms.
  • Website SEO and content management experience is a plus, with the ability to drive traffic and interest in the brand with impactful written and video content.
  • Driven to constantly learn and pass on those learnings to the company and to the market in concise and impactful ways
  • Have a real “head” for marketing and how each project done within our marketing group contributes to our big picture goals

Pixability does not accept/pay fees for unsolicited resumes from third-party agencies/vendors.

The pay range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000  total compensation USD. This role is eligible for bonus + equity. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
