Established in 1975, Delta Galil Industries is a global manufacturer and marketer of Private Label apparel products for men, women and children, as well as owner of leading fashion brands such as 7 For All Mankind, Schiesser, PJ Salvage, Eminence, Delta and more.

With an eclectic offering of made-to-order products, Delta Galil’s range includes intimate apparel for men & women, active wear, socks, kids & baby wear. We are proud to have contributed to the success of Walmart, Target, and Marks & Spencer, as well as leading fashion brands such as Calvin Klein, Nike, Victoria’s Secret and many more. Delta Galil also sells its products under brand names licensed to the company including Adidas, Wolford, Polo Ralph Lauren, Wilson, Maidenform, Tommy Hilfiger and others.

Role Overview

Delta Galil is a global leader in innovative apparel, and we are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Global Compliance to lead the next evolution of our compliance strategy. This role is central to safeguarding Delta Galil’s ethical and operational integrity across a complex global supply chain, driving policies and programs that align with our core values and ambitious ESG commitments.

As the senior-most leader of the Global Compliance function, you will define, implement, and continuously elevate our global Code of Business Conduct and related policies. This position is both strategic and operational, requiring a strong leader who can build scalable frameworks, identify and mitigate risk, influence change across all levels of the business, and represent the company in high-stakes industry conversations.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Legal, Sustainability, HR, Design, Sourcing, and Brand teams—alongside external partners—to build a resilient, values-driven compliance culture that ensures accountability and supports our long-term business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global compliance function, including team leadership, budget oversight, and long-term roadmap planning. Align compliance initiatives with enterprise ESG strategy and executive leadership priorities.
  • Own and evolve Delta Galil’s Code of Business Conduct and other key compliance policies. Ensure consistent deployment and integration across global business units and supply chain partners.
  • Design and implement robust systems to proactively identify, assess, and address labor, ethics, and regulatory compliance risks. Serve as a key advisor to leadership on corrective action and risk exposure.
  • Lead company-wide training programs to embed compliance awareness and accountability. Drive engagement across all levels to foster a strong culture of ethical business practices.
  • Partner with ESG, QA, Legal, HR, Sustainability, Design, and Brand teams to align on compliance objectives, supply chain initiatives, and impact reporting.
  • Represent Delta Galil with NGOs, auditors, industry organizations (e.g., FLA, AAFA, SAC), and customers. Maintain accreditations and uphold external commitments through active collaboration and participation.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, audit readiness, and compliance effectiveness. Report key trends and updates to executive committees. Identify performance gaps and implement innovative solutions.
  • Oversee global compliance programs, supplier onboarding, third-party audits, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure alignment with legal requirements and voluntary standards across regions.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in global compliance, ESG, labor rights, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Deep understanding of international labor standards, business ethics, and supply chain regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and influence across global organizations
  • Strategic mindset with experience designing scalable compliance frameworks
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced environments and driving change
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g., FLA, AAFA, CDP, SAC) and related industry certifications
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable strategies for internal and external partners

At Delta Galil, we strive to hire and nurture amazing talent. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, and internal alignment.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment that welcomes and values the differences among all of our associates, customers, suppliers, and the communities in which we live and conduct business.
