    • Develop future leaders and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Serve as the executive escalation point for strategic customer and operational matters.

What you'll bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, telecommunications, or a related industry.
    • Significant experience leading leaders, including responsibility for multiple Director-level direct reports.
    • Demonstrated success developing and executing GTM strategies that deliver revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.
    • Strong understanding of complex, channel-driven sales organizations and experience partnering effectively with Channel Leadership.
    • Proven ability to align diverse functions, lead organizational change, and influence executive-level stakeholders.
    • Excellent strategic planning, business judgment, communication, and people leadership skills.
    • Practical experience using AI platforms and automation tools to improve business performance.

Why Join Everbridge?
