Lead and scale HiBob’s Product Marketing organization across product, innovation, portfolio, and platform marketing. Own positioning, messaging, launches, commercialization, portfolio strategy, customer and market insights, and sales enablement. Partner with Product and Technology executives to influence roadmap decisions, connect marketing priorities to revenue outcomes, and build scalable operating processes. Develop senior talent, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and personally lead strategic launches and high-impact go-to-market initiatives in a global B2B SaaS environment.
About us
HiBob helps modern, mid-size businesses transform the way they manage people, giving HR and managers all they need to connect, engage, develop, and retain top talent. Since 2015, we’ve achieved consecutive triple-digit year-over-year growth, all backed by our amazing team of Bobbers from across the globe, making us the choice HRIS of over 3600 midsize and multinational companies.
Our HR platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for the way people work today: globally, remotely, and collaboratively. Fast-growing companies across the globe rely upon Bob to help them create the best work experiences for their people.
Come and be you with us
Being a Bobber is all about being you. We want you to bring all parts of yourself to work, giving you the freedom and confidence to be the best you and do your best work. If that’s bubbly, shy, precise, funny, bold, kind, honest, brilliant, or anything in between, we’re waiting with open arms. Come join us.
What are we looking for?
HiBob is entering an important next stage of growth. As we evolve from a leading HCM platform into a broader People Platform built for the AI era, our product portfolio, buyer landscape and go-to-market complexity are expanding with us.
We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead and evolve Product Marketing for this next chapter.
This is a senior, high-impact leadership role at the intersection of Product, Technology, Marketing and Revenue. You’ll lead a team spanning product, innovation and portfolio marketing; shape how HiBob brings major new innovations to market; own how our platform and portfolio come together into a differentiated story; and ensure market and customer insight meaningfully influences what we build.
Just as importantly, you’ll help design what Product Marketing needs to become as HiBob scales toward its next stage of growth. That means evolving our operating model, raising the bar for how we launch and commercialize products, and building the systems and disciplines required to operate effectively across a growing global, multi-product business.
We’re looking for a seasoned Product Marketing leader who is equally comfortable in a product strategy discussion with senior technology leaders, shaping a company-level narrative, coaching a team, or getting hands-on to solve a difficult positioning or go-to-market problem.

What we’re looking for
What success looks like
You’ll help HiBob build a Product Marketing function designed for the company we are becoming—not the company we have been.
You’ll create greater clarity across our platform and portfolio, stronger alignment between what the market needs and what we build, a more rigorous approach to launching and commercializing innovation, and a Product Marketing organization that can translate an increasingly sophisticated product strategy into measurable business growth.
Ultimately, you’ll help ensure that as HiBob’s technology and ambitions expand, our ability to understand the market, make the right product bets, tell a differentiated story and turn innovation into commercial impact scales with them.

Job requirements
What we’re looking for
- 12–15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with significant depth in Product Marketing and at least 5 years leading high-performing teams.
- A proven Product Marketing leader who has operated at Senior Director, VP or equivalent scope, ideally within a complex, multi-product SaaS or platform business.
- Experience helping a high-growth company scale toward late-stage, IPO or public-company maturity, with an understanding of the rigor, clarity and operating discipline that journey requires.
- Deep expertise across the Product Marketing craft: market and customer insight, positioning and messaging, product launches, portfolio strategy, competitive differentiation, commercialization and sales enablement.
- A strong track record of partnering with Product and Technology executives and influencing product strategy and roadmap decisions—not simply marketing what has already been built.
- Experience marketing a platform or multi-product portfolio and creating a coherent story across individual products, solutions, buyers and use cases.
- Strong commercial instincts and a demonstrated ability to connect Product Marketing priorities to pipeline, revenue, adoption and customer growth.
- Experience designing or scaling Product Marketing organizations, processes and operating models through periods of significant company and portfolio growth.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and judgment to influence senior leaders across functions.
- A genuinely hands-on leadership style. You’re as comfortable coaching leaders and designing organizations as you are getting into the details of a strategic launch, positioning challenge or GTM problem.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, global organization and collaborating across Israel, the US, UK and other markets.
- Experience with enterprise or mid-market SaaS is strongly preferred. Experience with AI/platform marketing is a significant advantage; HCM or HR technology experience is a plus.

- Lead and evolve HiBob’s Product Marketing organization, building a high-performing team and an operating model that scales across innovation, established product lines, platform and solution marketing.
- Own our product and portfolio story, evolving HiBob’s platform positioning, differentiation and messaging as our product strategy and market evolve.
- Build a world-class product launch and commercialization discipline, creating the processes, standards and cross-functional orchestration required to successfully bring innovation to market at scale.
- Partner deeply with Product and Technology leadership, bringing market, buyer, competitive and commercial insight into product strategy and helping shape roadmap priorities around the biggest opportunities for HiBob.
- Lead Product Marketing for our most strategic innovations, ensuring new products move from product vision to clear market opportunity, compelling positioning and successful commercial execution.
- Connect portfolio strategy to our buyers and markets, evolving our solution marketing approach across segments, personas, regions and use cases and translating our portfolio into compelling GTM plays and sales-cycle experiences.
- Strengthen the market-to-product feedback loop, ensuring insights from customers, prospects, Sales, Customer Success and the broader market systematically inform product priorities and identify portfolio gaps.
- Drive measurable commercial impact, partnering across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Revenue leadership to improve pipeline creation, win rates, expansion, adoption and the overall effectiveness of our GTM.
- Evolve our approach to product knowledge for an AI-first world, partnering closely with Product Education to better connect Product Marketing, product knowledge and education, and design the methodologies and AI-ready knowledge architecture that enable accurate, scalable product understanding across teams, customers and AI-powered experiences.
- Develop exceptional talent, coaching senior and emerging leaders while creating clear ownership, accountability and standards across the team.
- Act as a player-coach: lead through your team while staying close enough to the work to personally shape critical launches, positioning, executive narratives and strategic decisions when needed.
- Represent Product Marketing with senior leaders across HiBob and serve as a trusted partner across Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success globally.
