Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

Are you a visionary strategic leader with a passion for driving business growth in the dynamic world of cloud data? We're seeking an experienced Sr. Director, Strategy & Planning to join our Data Cloud Product Organization. In this pivotal role, you'll partner directly with the Data Cloud Product team to shape and execute the comprehensive business strategy for our rapidly expanding Data Cloud portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to define market approaches, bridge product development with overarching cloud business strategy, and orchestrate cross-functional efforts that accelerate our go-to-market success and sustainable growth.

What You'll Do:
  • Define Data Cloud Market Strategy: Lead the development of a comprehensive market strategy for the Data Cloud portfolio, synthesizing deep market assessments, product-market fit analysis, and competitive positioning.

  • Develop & Execute Data Cloud Business Plan: Create and manage a robust strategic business plan for Data Cloud, clearly outlining key growth levers, actionable pathways to achieve topline targets, and assessing strategic investment opportunities.

  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Go-to-Market Alignment: Drive cohesive go-to-market strategy and execution across all relevant functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) in partnership with the GM/COO, ensuring complete alignment with the overarching business strategy.

  • Measure & Monitor Commercial Performance: Establish and monitor key metrics to assess performance across monetization, marketing, sales, and customer success, driving continuous measurement and iterative improvement.

  • Empower Executive Communication & Performance Visibility: Support the GM/COO in crafting high-impact executive presentations and communications that effectively showcase product and business performance against strategic goals, providing clear insights for leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

As the strategic planning and performance partner, you will:

  • Ensure effective planning and execution across all key business cadences and deliverables.

  • Establish and maintain a consistent strategic framework, rooted in the comprehensive business plan, to clearly articulate our performance against goals, driving informed decision-making and accountability.

  • Lead participation in critical business rhythms, including:

    • Cloud Reviews

    • End-of-Quarter / QBRs

    • Product & Sales Interlock Cadences

    • Executive Communications

  • Drive strategic planning cycles for:

    • Long Range Planning (LRP)

    • Go-To-Market Planning (G4G)

    • New Product Introductions (NPIs)

    • Headcount & Budget Planning

Who You Are:
  • A seasoned strategic leader with a proven track record in business strategy, operations, or product strategy within a cloud or SaaS environment.

  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and product-market fit within the data or cloud industry.

  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Strong experience in developing and executing comprehensive business plans and go-to-market strategies.

  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to orchestrate and align diverse teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).

  • Highly analytical with a strong grasp of commercial performance metrics, including pricing, marketing effectiveness, sales funnel analysis, and customer adoption.

  • Superior communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and engaging executive leadership.
