Role Overview

The Senior Director, Revenue Operations will lead the team responsible for driving sales efficiency and effectiveness for the customer lifecycle from lead awareness through activation. This leader will ensure the GTM organization is equipped to drive predictable revenue through best-in-class operations, actionable insights, and scalable infrastructure.

In partnership with commercial leaders, you will set the strategic direction for the GTM organization to optimize customer growth and sales efficiency.

You will develop and implement systems and tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and conversational intelligence tools to manage forecasting, pipeline health, territory management, quota setting, and compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, analytics, and tooling across revenue lifecycle

  • Partner with Business Systems, Data, and Operations team on the architecture and evolution of our GTM tech tech stack (e.g., CRM, forecasting, BI platforms) to drive revenue attainment

  • Own the GTM planning cycle: capacity models, territory design, quota setting, coverage strategy across US and international markets

  • Build forecasting, dashboards, and KPIs for new sales, net revenue retention, churn, and expansion revenue to help Sales and Post Sales leaders improve funnel efficiency and achieve growth objectives

  • Lead the team responsible for building workflows and automations to optimize Sales and Post Sales effectiveness and efficiency

  • Deliver actionable insights on rep productivity, conversion rates, and deal velocity

  • Partner with Finance and Data leaders to build and deliver executive reporting to ensure business leaders understand revenue drivers, product adoption, expansion levers, and churn risk areas

  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Post-Sales Ops to ensure seamless revenue handoffs

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role

  • Demonstrated ability to lead Revenue Ops teams in >50% YoY growth environments

  • Proficiency implementing and managing GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ICM tool)

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs

  • Proven success working cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets
