About The Role

Are you ready to dive into complex business environments and contribute to high-impact recommendations that drive client success?

As a Senior Director you will lead small engagements in formulating strategic recommendations and implementing changes to clients by leveraging your commercial acumen in performing key analysis, connecting it with the bigger picture and distilling recommendations to clients.  You will be looked upon by the team as a culture and professional leader who will drive the team’s competence growth and build morale.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Director, you will lead client billable engagements or multiple workstreams on large engagements. You will play a leading role in problem solving through problem structuring with growing depth in sector knowledge.  You will manage a small team to gather data, executing analyses and sense checking results to drive meaningful recommendations and high-quality deliverables for our clients

You will lead client meetings and independently manage and grow mid-level client relationships. In addition, you will build internal practice leadership in both sector knowledge, intellectual capital (e.g., white papers, point of views), business development (e.g., proposals), and office leadership.

What You Will Need To Succeed  

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration

  • 10+ years relevant post-graduate experience

  • Prior experience in professional services, consulting, investment banking with Telecom, Media & Technology as a focused area

  • Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s) as needed

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position will not sponsor applicant for work visas

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Masters in business and administration

Compensation
Minimum Pay: $154,500
Maximum Pay: $302,000
Compensation Disclosure: The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual’s location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.
