Paperless Post is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a cross-functional engineering team responsible for the Editor, the heart of the Paperless Post product used by a global community of over 220 million hosts and receivers. The Editor is not just an application; it’s a creative tool that makes it simple and intuitive for hosts to design and personalize invitations that look like a professional designer made them for all the moments that matter. This role is about owning and evolving that experience as the product and team grow.
As a key leader, you will support and develop a talented group of frontend, backend, full-stack and test engineers who care deeply about craft and user experience. You’ll partner closely with product, product design and a talented team of graphic designers to shape the roadmap, make thoughtful trade-offs, and ensure the Editor can support complex use cases without becoming hard to understand or use.
While you won’t be a day-to-day contributor to the code, you will bring strong technical judgment and product instincts to architectural decisions and delivery discussions. Your role is to help the team work through complexity, gain clarity, and keep work moving forward, holding your team accountable for successful, on-time execution. This is an opportunity to lead a thoughtful, creative team doing highly visible and meaningful work at Paperless Post.
