The Mastercard Technical Production Services team is seeking a Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer- Technical Production Lead to support and deliver high-quality hybrid, virtual, and in-person events across the organization.
This role combines technical event production, operational support, and collaboration technology expertise. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders to design, implement, and support event technology solutions that deliver engaging and reliable employee experiences. This position plays a key role in enabling Mastercard's global meetings, broadcasts, and digital events while ensuring operational excellence across production platforms and infrastructure.
Role• Lead the technical planning and execution of hybrid, virtual, and in-person events.• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver reliable event technology solutions.• Provide expertise in AV systems, streaming technologies, collaboration platforms, and video production.• Serve as the technical lead during event preparation, testing, rehearsals, and live production.• Configure, support, and troubleshoot production technologies, collaboration tools, and network-connected AV systems.• Monitor event platform performance and proactively resolve technical issues.• Maintain technical documentation, equipment inventories, signal flows, runbooks, and production timelines.• Support incident tracking, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement efforts.• Follow operational best practices, including change management, issue management, and service support processes.• Analyze event performance and recommend improvements to technology, processes, and user experience.• Drive adoption of new production technologies and operational efficiencies.
All About You• Bachelor's degree, relevant certifications, or equivalent practical experience.• Experience supporting event production, broadcast technologies, collaboration platforms, or technical operations.• Strong knowledge of AV systems, streaming technologies, and event production workflows.• Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Vimeo, vMix, TriCaster, Barco Event Master, NDI, Visio, and Adobe Creative Suite.• Understanding of IP networking, routing, and streaming protocols such as SIP, H.323, and H.264.• Experience troubleshooting technical issues across hardware, software, networking, and production environments.• Familiarity with operational support processes, issue tracking, documentation, and service management.• Strong communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.• Self-motivated, analytical, and customer-focused.• Willing to travel 40% of the time to other offices (including our NYC Tech Hub).
