Summary:

We’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Solution Architect in the New York City area to join our growing Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you’ll be a key technical advisor during the sales process, delivering high-impact product demos and proof-of-concepts to large law firms using our adaptive work management platform. You’ll collaborate across teams to design tailored solutions that solve real problems and exceed client expectations.

What Your Team Does

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Solution Architect at Clio, you will be a cornerstone of our sales process,  delivering detailed technical demonstrations and crafting tailored proof-of-concepts (POCs) to  show how Clio Operate meets the unique requirements of our enterprise clients. You will be a trusted  advisor to prospects, engaging with IT Teams, Business Teams and senior decision-makers,  while collaborating closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure our solutions  exceed expectations.  As we grow, there will be opportunities to build and lead a team of pre-sales professionals, so  leadership potential and a desire to shape the future of this function are key to this role.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver engaging, tailored product demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase how Clio Operate solves specific client challenges

  • Analyze complex business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency

  • Translate client needs into scalable, practical solutions using Clio Operate’s platform capabilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales to develop solution strategies that resonate with stakeholders and help close high-value deals

  • Act as a technical lead during discovery sessions, workshops, evaluations, and proposal presentations

  • Support smooth transitions from sales to implementation, providing clear documentation and project context

  • Stay informed on legal tech trends, SaaS innovations, and workflow automation to position Clio Operate effectively and competitively

What You Bring
  • 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis within a complex SaaS & enterprise software environment, preferably in legal-tech

  • Proven experience designing and delivering demos and POCs that reflect real-world enterprise use cases

  • Deep understanding of process automation, integration patterns, and business workflow design

  • Experience in legal tech, case/matter management, or adjacent B2B industries is highly beneficial

  • Outstanding communication skills—you can distill complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for any audience

  • Skilled at engaging with IT stakeholders, business users, and executive decision-makers throughout long sales cycles

  • Collaborative, proactive, and energized by the opportunity to work cross-functionally across sales, product, and implementation teams

  • Leadership potential with a desire to shape and grow a high-performing pre-sales function as we scale

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for in-person meetings, presentations, and relationship-building across the U.S.

The expected salary range* for this role is $158,100 to $186,000 to $213,900 USD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.


*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
