About this team:

Magnite is seeking a polished, high-functioning Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our President, Revenue. In this role, you will work in close coordination with the Chief of Staff to ensure the President is prepared, punctual, and positioned for success. As a member of the Revenue organization, one of the largest teams at Magnite, you will support a leader overseeing a global footprint across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

We are looking for someone who takes immense pride in the art of complex travel logistics, meticulous calendar management, and providing a world-class experience for our global clients.

In this role you will:  

  • Execute Complex Calendar Management: Serve as the primary gatekeeper, orchestrating a high-volume calendar across multiple global time zones. You will partner with the Chief of Staff to ensure the President’s time is strictly allocated to the highest business priorities.

  • Coordinate High-Frequency Global Travel: Manage end-to-end travel for a Principal who is frequently on the move. You will handle complex international itineraries, visa requirements, and real-time troubleshooting for last-minute changes. Some travel with the President may be required.

  • Own Expense & Financial Administration: Manage high-volume expense reporting with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all client entertainment and travel expenses are coded correctly and submitted on time.

  • Lead "White-Glove" Client Hospitality: Act as the point of contact and onsite greeter for high-profile clients visiting our NYC headquarters. You will assist with planning client entertainment, including securing exclusive dining reservations to managing catering and logistics for onsite events.

  • Onsite Presence: Maintain a strong presence in our NYC office (Tuesday–Thursday) to manage the physical needs of the President’s office and provide a welcoming experience for visiting guests. You will also partner with People, IT, Facilities, and other teams on company-wide events and initiatives such as parties/celebrations, team training sessions, and all-hands coordination.

We’re looking for someone with: 

  • 6+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within a global sales or revenue organization.

  • Proven experience working effectively alongside a Chief of Staff or a broader leadership team. You understand how to divide and conquer to support a high-demand Principal.

  • A deep understanding of the New York City hospitality landscape and a passion for creating seamless, high-end experiences for external partners.

  • You are a "black belt" in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and have extensive experience with travel/expense tools like Concur.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $140,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
