We are seeking a Senior Executive Candidate Experience Partner to support our Executive Recruiting and Candidate Experience teams. This is a highimpact role responsible for owning the endtoend coordination/facilitation of the executive level hiring process and searches, ensuring a seamless, whiteglove candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance.

This role goes far beyond scheduling. You will serve as a trusted partner to executive recruiters and business leaders, operating with discretion, urgency, and exceptional attention to detail. Based in our New York office, this role works closely with the VP of Talent Acquisition and senior executives on priority hires and strategic recruiting initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the endtoend operational execution of executivelevel hiring processes, from initial scheduling through offer and close
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive candidates, delivering a hightouch, thoughtful, and professional candidate experience
  • Manage complex, highvolume executive scheduling, partnering closely with executive assistants, senior leaders, and recruiters
  • Ensure interview panels are prepared, aligned, and supported with clear communication and logistics
  • Drive flawless execution across interview debriefs, background checks, offer coordination, and prehire steps
  • Partner closely with the VP of Talent Acquisition, executive recruiters, and senior stakeholders to align on process, timing, and expectations
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise strong judgment in sensitive, highvisibility searches
  • Identify opportunities to improve executive hiring workflows and lead process enhancements in partnership with TA leadership
  • Be the liaison of coordination between not only the mentioned internal stake holders but also executive search firm partners
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across ATS and scheduling tools (Greenhouse and GoodTime experience a plus)

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, candidate experience, or executive recruiting operations
  • Proven experience supporting VP+ or executivelevel hiring in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptionally organized with strong prioritization and problemsolving skills
  • Comfortable partnering directly with senior executives and executive assistants
  • Polished communicator with strong attention to detail and followthrough
  • Able to manage competing priorities with urgency and discretion
  • Experience with ATS and scheduling platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, GoodTime) preferred

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Meaningful ownership of highvisibility executive hiring
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic TA initiatives
  • Opportunity to shape and elevate the executive candidate experience
  • Embedded within a strong, mature Candidate Experience organization
