We are seeking a Senior Executive, Talent Development who views the employee lifecycle not as a series of isolated events, but as a continuous, integrated journey. We need a strategic thinker ready to break down the silos between Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development. This is more than just a training role; it is an opportunity to architect the bridge between hiring top talent and unlocking their full potential. If you are passionate about using data to drive performance and designing frameworks that turn jobs into careers, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Bridge Recruitment & Development: Partner directly with the Recruitment Manager to build an integrated talent strategy, creating a seamless transition from candidate attraction and onboarding to internal development and career mobility.
- Performance Management: Manage the end-to-end annual performance management cycle (e.g., goal-setting, check-ins, talent calibrations, talent development) as the primary tool for driving employee growth and retention.
- Learning & Development: Analyse outputs from performance reviews and talent-planning sessions to identify firm-wide skill gaps; design, deploy, and facilitate targeted L&D programs to address these needs.
- Career Pathing: Develop and implement clear career frameworks and mobility programs, providing a structure for employees to grow their careers within the firm.
- Talent Consulting: Act as a key subject matter expert for HR Business Partners and business leaders, providing expert coaching and guidance on talent development, performance conversations, and engagement strategies.
- Talent Systems: Partner with the HR-Tech team to optimise the systems and tools that support the entire talent lifecycle (e.g., Onboarding, Performance, and Learning modules).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of direct experience in Talent Management, L&D, or Organizational Development.
- Experience across the talent lifecycle is essential, including a strong understanding of how onboarding, performance, and engagement connect to talent acquisition and retention.
- Proven track record as an individual contributor, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Advanced knowledge of modern performance methodologies (e.g., OKRs, continuous feedback) and adult learning theory.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate talent data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
If you think you’ve got what it takes, please provide your cover letter, resume and expected salary.
