We are seeking a Senior Executive, Talent Development who views the employee lifecycle not as a series of isolated events, but as a continuous, integrated journey. We need a strategic thinker ready to break down the silos between Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development. This is more than just a training role; it is an opportunity to architect the bridge between hiring top talent and unlocking their full potential. If you are passionate about using data to drive performance and designing frameworks that turn jobs into careers, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Pooling: Identify and analyze high-turnover and business-critical positions to develop "evergreen" talent pipelines. Establish a consistent flow of high-caliber candidates to minimize vacancy gaps and support immediate headcount expansion.
- Pipeline Management & Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market mapping and proactive sourcing to engage passive talent. Maintain long-term relationships with a network of prospective hires to ensure the firm remains a preferred employer.
- Transition to Talent Management: Following the successful implementation of recruitment pipelines, orchestrate the firm’s internal talent frameworks. This includes the end-to-end administration of the annual performance management cycle, goal-setting, and talent calibration sessions.
- Organizational Learning & Development: Utilize recruitment market data and internal performance metrics to identify enterprise-wide skill gaps. Design, deploy, and facilitate targeted L&D programs to enhance workforce capability and internal bench strength.
- Career Architecture: Develop and implement formal career pathing and internal mobility frameworks. These initiatives are designed to foster employee passion by providing transparent, merit-based trajectories for professional advancement.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a consultant to provide data-driven insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and internal talent health.
- Systems & Analytics: Optimize the utilization of HRIS and recruitment technologies to track pipeline velocity, quality of hire, and the efficacy of development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Organizational Development within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in proactive sourcing and the construction of complex talent pipelines. A proven ability to identify and engage top-tier talent ahead of business need is essential.
- A profound passion for employee development and a dedication to building scalable programs that unlock professional potential and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Proven track record as an individual contributor, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Advanced understanding of modern performance methodologies, adult learning principles, and the integration of the talent lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate talent data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, characterized by a formal and professional executive presence.
