Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial models and planning tools.
- Gather and analyze financial and operational data to support planning activities.
- Help identify financial risks and opportunities through trend analysis.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
- Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, labor costs, and operational performance data.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes as needed.
Business Support
- Partner with finance and operational teams to provide financial insights and reporting support.
- Assist in evaluating business cases, customer contracts, and operational initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc financial and operational analyses for management.
- Support leadership with data and reporting needed for key business decisions.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for operational improvement.
- Assist in monitoring financial performance against established goals and targets.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Maintain reporting tools, templates, and financial databases.
- Support efforts to automate and streamline financial reporting processes.
- Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of financial data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Experience in facilities services, property services, outsourcing, or other service-based industries.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
- Internship or experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting processes.
- Progress toward a CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional credential.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 80,750.00 - $95,000.00
