The Senior Financial Analyst will support our financial planning and analysis efforts, providing key insights and recommendations to leadership. This role requires strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and insights for senior management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and ensure financial alignment.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Assist in ad hoc analysis and projects as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Experience with SaaS systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
