Who are we hiring?  

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing and maintaining detailed financial schedules, managing revenue recognition processes, and supporting the development and maintenance of financial reporting systems. This role partners closely with senior management, the Global Marketing Partnerships team, and Accounting to ensure accurate financial insights, effective decision-making, and timely, reliable reporting.  

 

What will you do? 

  • Prepare and maintain detailed financial schedules for individual deals, including revenue and expense projections and summary analysis for senior management. 
  • Oversee revenue recognition by reviewing contracts, P&Ls, and rate cards, and developing detailed schedules to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. 
  • Provide ongoing financial support post-deal execution, including tracking unearned revenue and reconciling fulfillment costs for marketing partnership agreements. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely tracking of financial performance. 
  • Support the annual budget, monthly forecasts, long-range planning, and business reviews by delivering accurate financial data and updating executive presentations for the CFO and senior leadership. 
  • Partner with Accounting during the month-end close process to ensure accurate reporting and resolve discrepancies between forecasts and actuals. 
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Marketing Partnerships reporting, including collaboration with Business Intelligence on Salesforce integration efforts. 
  • Maintain and optimize financial planning systems (e.g., Hyperion), ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 
  • Support special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.

What do you need to succeed?  

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience 
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience  
  • Strong attention to detail, with an ability to analyze large sets of financial data 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment 
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
  • Proficient in financial planning systems (e.g. Oracle/Hyperion)

Pay Range
$95,000$110,000 USD
