Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI Platform team. This team is responsible for building the core infrastructure, tools, and user-facing applications that enable development, deployment, and scaling of advanced AI systems. You will work across the stack to deliver performant, intuitive, and reliable systems that bridge complex AI capabilities with real-world user needs.

• Design and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
• Develop scalable APIs and services that power AI-driven applications
• Build intuitive user interfaces for interacting with AI models and data
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers to integrate models into production systems
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction of the AI platform
• Own projects from concept through deployment and iteration

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript)
• Backend experience with Python, Go, or similar languages
• Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Strong product mindset with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

• Experience working with AI/ML systems or data-intensive applications
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with real-time systems or streaming architectures
• Exposure to security, compliance, or government-focused environments

Salary Range: 160k-203k

The salary range provided reflects the estimated compensation for this role based on the expected qualifications and experience level. The final offer may vary depending on factors such as skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
