Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Avantos is building the industry’s first AI-native operating system for financial services, redefining how firms onboard clients, deliver advice, and manage core servicing workflows. We just GA-d our MVP, which is a task management system for financial advisors to manage the work they do on behalf of their clients and an AI-notetaker that sits on calls between financial advisors and their clients and creates new tasks by pulling in transcript and CRM data. We’re a product-led team composed of founders and leaders from Wharton, MIT, top design programs, and prior unicorn SaaS companies.

Our full tech stack includes the following - experience with these will be considered a plus, but not required:

Was going to be a philosophy professor but got into tech instead. I've built mobile apps and web apps, worked on a data science team, and founded a VC-backed startup. Was hired as the 5th engineer at Avantos. Favorite movie: The Prestige. (I generally like anything Christopher Nolan does.) 

Most recently worked at a crypto startup. Before that, Amazon. x-Rust-user-group organizer. Outside of work, I spend time enjoying the great outdoors and traveling to different places. Favorite movie: Cars 3. (This might be a joke. We're not sure.)

Was working on Bedrock at AWS but wanted to get some startup experience, so I jumped ship and joined Avantos in the Summer of 2025. Favorite movie: The Grand Budapest Hotel
