We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and lead the development of compelling visuals across digital, print, and multimedia channels. The role will be responsible for translating complex business ideas, products, and brand messages into engaging, high-impact creative assets that support marketing campaigns, sales enablement, customer engagement, and brand growth. The ideal candidate has exceptional design skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple products from concept through execution. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product teams, and sales to create designs that tell our story and drive business outcomes.



ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital campaigns, presentations, advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, videos, event materials, and website assets.
  • Own projects from initial concept and creative direction through final production, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Translate complex technical, business, and product messaging into clear, visually compelling designs.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to create impactful content that supports demand generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Create compelling visual storytelling through layouts, typography, imagery, illustrations, motion graphics, and multimedia content.
  • Design executive presentations, sales collateral, campaign assets, and customer-facing materials.
  • Support video and digital content creation, including storyboards, graphics, animations, and visual enhancements.
  • Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within corporate marketing, technology, B2B, or agency environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, digital marketing, presentations, campaigns, and visual storytelling
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Premiere)
  • Experience designing for multiple channels including web, email, social media, presentations, print, event signage.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to take complex concepts and transform them into simple, engaging, creative.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with video editing, animation and AI-powered design tools a plus.
  • Experience with Marketing automation tools and websites a plus.

*The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $95,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
