Who We Are

At M Booth, we’re a culture-first communications agency where courage, breakthrough ideas, and humanity drive everything we do. We build game-changing campaigns for iconic brands by staying at the edge of social evolution, earned storytelling, and digital culture.

We operate as a hybrid workforce guided by our "Be IRL" ethos (Inspired Relevant Leaders). We believe great work happens when talented people are empowered—no matter where they log in from.

We’re looking for a culture-forward, energetic and fresh-thinking Senior Influencer Strategist. If you live at the intersection of pop culture, creator strategy, and brand narrative, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Influencer Strategist, you will serve as the strategic engine behind multi-channel influencer programming across agency accounts, focusing on top-tier CPG brands. You’ll lead end-to-end campaign lifecycles, shape client POVs, and champion creator innovation while mentoring the next generation of agency talent.

Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Architect end-to-end influencer strategies aligned with client business goals, Integrated Agency Team (IAT) priorities, and emerging cultural trends.
  • Lead end-to-end influencer relations, overseeing partner identification, vetting, outreach, contract negotiation, creative briefing, and content reviews.
  • Bridge paid, earned, and owned channels to amplify creator content across the broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Manage campaign budgets and licensing rights, to make the most of every asset.
Client & Creator Leadership
  • Serve as a primary client counselor for influencer initiatives, leading communications, strategy presentations, and campaign roadmaps.
  • Build deep relationships with top-tier creators, talent managers, and influencer networks.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, elevating their skills in influencer relations, campaign management, and strategic thinking.
 Data, Trends & Insights
  • Partner with our Analytics team to synthesize campaign performance into actionable insights and strategic narratives.
  • Track the pulse of creator culture, translating emerging platforms, tools, and social shifts into proactive client opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5–6 years of dedicated influencer experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Proven track record executing end-to-end influencer programs with measurable brand impact.
  • Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring direct reports (1–2 team members).
  • Deep fluency across paid, owned, and social ecosystems, with experience navigating IAT collaboration.
  • Strong negotiation skills across talent contracts, usage rights, and agency vendors.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn complex campaign data into compelling client stories.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
 Bonus Points
  •     Hands-on experience with influencer management platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ).
  •     Deep passion or experience working with CPG brands.
  •     A track record of spotting subcultures and trend shifts before they hit the mainstream.

What We’ll Bring:

Here are a few highlights of the benefits we offer at M Booth:

  •   A workplace that’s alive with courage, ideas, respect and humanity
  •   Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career
  •   Comprehensive health care and wellness plans for your entire family
  •   A 401(k) Savings Plan and Flexible Spending Accounts
  •   Paid holidays, Unlimited Paid Time Off (Personal, Sick, Vacation), and Summer Fridays
  •   Additional Perks: Family Leave, Well-Being Programs, and Commuter Benefits
  •   SALARY: $86,000- $105,000

Our Flexible Work Policy:

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.

For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person too. Examples of this may include client meetings, events or team meetings. There will also be in person opportunities for you to connect with others who live in your hub to collaborate and work together.

If you plan on working remotely, we can accept applicants from the following states:

Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington D.C.
