The Role

As our Senior IT Operations Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our internal technology environment. You’ll deliver exceptional support to our internal teams, keeping systems running reliably and securely. You’ll own our IT stack across endpoints, SaaS tools, and networking — optimizing how we onboard, collaborate, and scale as a distributed team.

You’ll thrive here if you’re resourceful, proactive, and take pride in solving problems before others even notice them.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage a predominantly macOS environment, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.

  • Support and continually improve core SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and 1Password.

  • Maintain and support office networking, Wi-Fi, and AV systems.

  • Partner with People Operations, Security, and Engineering to ensure smooth new-hire onboarding and offboarding.

  • Develop, document, and improve scalable IT processes, policies, and user-facing documentation.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize SaaS systems, permissions, and integrations to reduce friction and enhance productivity.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues that arise for employees.

  • Lead small and large IT infrastructure and automation projects to support company growth.

About You
  • 5+ years of IT operations or systems administration experience in a scaling startup or tech company.

  • Deep knowledge of macOS management, endpoint security, and MDM solutions (e.g., Kandji, Jamf, or Mosyle).

  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and other SaaS tools.

  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, AV systems, and office infrastructure.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills — you enjoy helping others and making things easier for them.

  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable owning complex projects end to end.

  • Bonus: experience supporting remote or hybrid teams and multi-office environments.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Join a high-growth company at an inflection point — scaling from 70 to 150+ employees.

  • Have true ownership over IT systems, infrastructure, and employee experience.

  • Work with a team that values precision, speed, and great engineering culture.
