The Role and What You’ll Do: 

The Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing (B2C) will join the B2C Marketing team for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program. The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional with demonstrated success leading and delivering large-scale integrated marketing campaigns and activations that drive consumer engagement, increase brand awareness, and maximize hospitality sales. The Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing (B2C) is a creative, ambitious, detailed oriented individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, is a natural collaborator and has a passion for data and insights as tools to ultimately drive hospitality sales. 

 

B2C Marketing Strategy & Execution: 

  • Drive B2C marketing strategy from insights to execution, leading the development and implementation of consumer marketing efforts to promote the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program to a fan audience.

  • Ideate and develop strategy for large-scale experiential marketing event activations.

  • Develop case studies on relevant campaigns, events, activations, and products that resonate with target consumer audiences.

  • Own integrated channel plans, cascading go-live dates and shifts to cross-functional partners and stakeholders in sales, B2B marketing, digital, email, social, content, partner marketing and traditional advertisement.  

  • Own and maintain all necessary resources & decks in preparation of and for weekly cross-functional meetings and major marketing milestones.

  • Research & work closely with agency partners to execute on brand, campaign, and event activation efforts. 

  • Manage and build relationships with ambassadors, media partners, influencers, and content creators supporting the program. 

  • Hire and manage Marketing Manager & Marketing Coordinator.

 

Marketing Reporting & Activation: 

  • Analyze and interpret engagement & performance metrics, adapting strategies to maximize campaign impact on target consumer audience.

  • Manage daily marketing responsibilities, including top of week reporting, building of and maintaining marketing calendars. 

  • Work closely with internal and external creative teams, agencies and FIFA on marketing assets, messaging and frameworks.

  • Manage the customization of marketing materials for different consumer groups to support their unique regional and audience-specific needs. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, including sales, creative, and tech to ensure seamless collaboration. 

  • Ensure all consumer marketing efforts comply with FIFA and On Location brand standards, marketing guidelines, and legal regulations. 

 

You Have These: 

  • 5+ years integrated marketing experience - digital, experiential, influencer/ambassador, social media, OOH, campaign, content marketing, event management, marketing strategy, and marketing operations.

  • 2+ years in a sports marketing environment.

  • Experience developing content strategies and managing digital content development. 

  • Refined communication skills and proven ability to influence at multiple levels of an organization. 

  • A results-focused approach with a deep sense of accountability and experience driving large projects from start to finish. 

  • A strategic mindset including interpreting data to inform strategy and execution. 

  • A collaborative spirit with experience developing relationships with a diverse range of partners. 

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. 

  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand integrity. 

  • Proactive disposition with the willingness to take the reins on any project and the resourcefulness to find the answers you need to get the job done. 

  • Capacity for seeing and implementing new and innovative approaches to the traditional way of handling or thinking about a problem. 

  • People management experience. 

  • Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.

 

We’d Love If You Also Have These: 

  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish). 

  • Strong network within the sports, entertainment and/or hospitality industries. 

  • Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$82,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$110,000 annually
