About the role:

At CHANEL, we believe in the transformative power of creativity and culture. As the Manager, Creator & Influence (Fashion), you will serve as a curator, connector, and champion of creative voices. Your mission is to expand and deepen CHANEL’s relationships with influential creators, including but not limited to artists, fashion commentators, chefs, performers, filmmakers, and others who shape culture beyond celebrity. This is a unique opportunity to shape how CHANEL engages with the creative community and tells its story in the United States.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

  • Curate and nurture a diverse, dynamic network of creators and People of Influence across the US, inspiring authentic collaborations and brand advocacy.
  • Design and deliver regional influence strategies tailored to key markets (Miami, Los Angeles, Dallas, Washington DC, and more), ensuring CHANEL’s resonance within each unique cultural landscape.
  • Orchestrate memorable events and experiences, collaborating with internal teams to curate guest lists and oversee seamless, personalized logistics.
  • Drive innovation in content and storytelling for major US events, facilitating compelling creator-generated content and behind-the-scenes narratives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for creators, ensuring exceptional communication, support, and partnership throughout their CHANEL journey.
  • Track, analyze, and celebrate the impact of creator engagements, providing actionable insights that inform future strategy and brand growth.
  • Ensure accurate financial operations and vendor management, supporting budget tracking, invoice processing, and compliance with internal processes.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in influence marketing, partnerships, event management, talent relations, or related fields, preferably within luxury, fashion, arts, or culture sectors in the US.
  • Demonstrated network and knowledge of influential individuals in US creative industries, including fashion commentators.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities.
  • Creative, culturally curious, and passionate about storytelling and the arts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with discretion and professionalism in high-touch, fast-paced environments.
  • Regional fluency or connections in key US markets (Miami, LA, Dallas, DC, etc.) are a plus.

Position Logistics:

  • Location: New York City
  • Partially Remote – This role requires a minimum of three days in-person office presence at the designated CHANEL NYC location.
  • Frequent travel within the US and worldwide required for key events and activations.
  • No direct reports.

Compensation:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $128,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
