Job DescriptionThis role leads the S&OP process for Moen North America, ensuring accurate demand planning and reliable product availability across key categories and major retail partners. Leading a demand planning team, this position drives cross-functional alignment, advances digital forecasting capabilities, and optimizes service levels and inventory to support Moen's growth and industry-leading customer experience.
RESPONSIBLIITIES:
- Lead S&OP for $2.6B in sales across Moen US, Canada, and Latin America.
- Partner with Commercial teams on monthly demand and annual operating plans.
- Identify forecast risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee demand planning for Moen US (B2B, B2C, Ecommerce, Direct-to-Owner), including high-growth categories like Kitchen/Bath Faucets, Disposals, and Smart products.
- Manage product availability expectations with key accounts (Ferguson, Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.).
- Drive forecasting alignment with Business Units, Finance, and Operations through S&OP and AOP processes.
- Lead digital transformation and forecasting system implementation (Logility/Demand AI+) for North America & China.
- Optimize service levels and inventory through KPI-driven supply planning.
- Support promotional planning and execution to minimize cost impact.
- Ensure accountability and corrective actions to improve performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years Supply Chain experience, including 5+ years of direct experience in either plant operations, sourcing, materials planning, forecasting, or sales and inventory planning.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
- Excellent planning, problem solving, analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.
- Highly skilled in building valued partnerships with stakeholders, communicating effectively, influencing senior leaders, leading change, applying emotional intelligence, managing projects, and understanding analytics.
- Results oriented individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated track record of results in dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, manage, and lead others.
- Experience in change management.
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $124,000 USD - $190,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
