The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:

The Senior Manager, ERP Applications is responsible for the strategic administration, implementation, optimization, and operational support of the Global Shop Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across multiple manufacturing businesses. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for the Global Shop ERP platform and partners closely with business leaders, end users, software vendors, and third-party consultants to ensure the system supports business objectives and operational excellence.

The role will lead any new implementations onto the Global Shop platform, provide hands-on technical and functional support during and after implementation, and drive continuous improvement of business processes within the ERP environment. This position requires a highly technical, hands-on leader who is equally comfortable configuring the application, developing queries and reports, troubleshooting integrations, managing projects, and mentoring business users.

What You’ll Do at Justrite:

  • Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for the Global Shop ERP application supporting multiple manufacturing businesses.
  • Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations including planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, user acceptance, training, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Develop and manage implementation project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and communications while ensuring successful project execution.
  • Configure and maintain Global Shop modules to support manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, production scheduling, engineering, and other business functions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, system defects, integration failures, and data inconsistencies.
  • Develop and maintain PSQL queries, reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business reporting and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to support ERP integrations with other enterprise applications.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate existing processes and recommend ERP solutions that improve efficiency, standardization, and data integrity.
  • Coordinate software upgrades, patches, enhancements, and testing activities with software vendors and implementation partners.
  • Develop, maintain, and document ERP configurations, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.
  • Provide application support for Global Shop users across multiple business locations.
  • Train end users and business process owners on ERP functionality and best practices.
  • Manage the relationship with the Global Shop software vendor and implementation partners, including issue resolution, enhancement requests, and support escalations.
  • Supervise and mentor ERP support personnel while establishing long-term application support standards and processes.
  • Support business acquisitions and future ERP expansion initiatives as assigned.
  • Travel to manufacturing locations as required to support implementations, training, and operational needs. (10-20%)

Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • 7–10 years of experience supporting enterprise ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Global Shop ERP experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from planning through post-go-live support.
  • Experience managing software vendors and implementation partners.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Advanced functional and technical knowledge of the Global Shop ERP system.
  • Experience configuring and supporting manufacturing ERP environments.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including production, inventory, purchasing, warehouse management, and shop floor processes.
  • Experience leading multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations.
  • Advanced experience writing and troubleshooting PSQL queries.
  • Experience developing operational reports and data extracts.
  • Experience troubleshooting ERP integrations and coordinating with integration partners.
  • Strong understanding of ERP security, user administration, and system configuration.
  • Experience working with third-party software vendors and implementation consultants.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Compensation:

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
