Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of Senior Manager, FP&A. Position serves as a key business partner to the T&Q organization offering key financial and strategic insights related to Product Costing, Inventory, and overall COGM/S management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Build collaborative working relationships with partners in costing, Supply Chain, IT, Commercial, Business Development, and Corp Finance
- Support scenario planning and strategic assessments related to product strategy
- Develop deep understanding of product strategy and how these strategies link to our financial plans; understand the story behind the numbers
- Support COGS and Inventory forecasting for all commercial products
- Partner with Supply Chain to deliver a clear narrative on production changes
- Optimize COGS planning process, timelines, quality control, etc.
- Contribute to broader Finance Transformation activities including the evolution and automation of COGS reporting and planning
- Facilitate systems strategy and master data governance for T&Q finance
- Partner with Cost Accounting team to ensure alignment in execution and reporting requirements
- Drive consolidation and reporting of key financial metrics related to COGS and Inventory
- Standardize S&OP reporting across all product lines in collaboration with Supply Chain / T&Q teams
- Complete and submit timely forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
- Support and guide Ex-US business arrangements in coordination with Business Development and Supply Chain teams
- Support other projects as assigned

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- FP&A and Financial Reporting experience
- Advanced expertise in various EPM tools (Hyperion a plus), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Minimum 8 – 12 (w/o Master’s) or 6 – 8 years (with Master’s) years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience using SAP and Oracle is a plus.
- Experience/exposure to cost accounting is a plus.
The base salary range for this role is
$150,700.00 - $188,400.00Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.

Travel Requirements:
Primarily remote role with periodic on-site meetings in office. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
