Build the growth engine that connects families with the care they need — neighborhood by neighborhood.
Own Coral Care's lifecycle and marketing operations engine across parents and providers, with a focus on lifecycle, referral programs, partner tracking, and HubSpot infrastructure.
About Coral Care
We're not just another healthcare platform — we're building a hyperlocal marketplace that's redefining how families discover and access pediatric care in their own backyard. When something feels off with their child, parents turn to Coral Care. Clinicians join us to build thriving local practices without burning out.
We're a Series A company rapidly expanding market by market, neighborhood by neighborhood. As we scale, we need razor-sharp systems behind how referrals, partners, and providers convert into active care — and this role owns that entire engine.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing startup at an inflection point. You'll be the architect of our growth infrastructure — designing the systems that power how local providers, partners, and families connect through our marketplace. Your work directly determines how fast we grow in each new market we launch.
What You'll Own
Parent Lifecycle
- Architect and optimize the parent journey from first local touch through ongoing care
- Build nurture flows that educate, build trust, and drive conversion in each market
- Improve conversion from inquiry → evaluation → active care
- Develop re-engagement campaigns for abandoned or dormant leads
Provider Referral & Activation
- Build and manage provider referral programs that fuel hyperlocal network effects
- Design provider lead nurture and activation journeys
- Improve provider ramp speed and retention through structured, automated communication
Partner Referral Programs
- Design and operationalize referral tracking for local and regional partners
- Build attribution systems that clearly measure partner-driven growth
- Create reporting dashboards that make referral performance visible
- Identify drop-offs in partner-driven funnels and implement improvements fast
Systems & Infrastructure
- Own HubSpot marketing architecture and automation end to end
- Build segmentation, triggered messaging, and lifecycle workflows
- Ensure referral source tracking is clean, consistent, and actionable
- Partner with Brand and Marketplace Ops to align messaging and local capacity
What Success Looks Like
- Referral sources are accurately tracked and measurable across every market
- Partner-driven leads convert at meaningfully higher rates
- Provider referral programs drive predictable, compounding growth
- HubSpot is structured, automated, and ready to scale to 10x
- Lifecycle systems eliminate manual coordination and create clarity for the whole team
What We're Looking For
- Deep, hands-on experience owning HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- Proven track record building referral programs or partner attribution systems
- Strong lifecycle marketing and automation expertise
- Comfort — and excitement — working in early-stage, fast-moving environments
- Analytical rigor paired with strong operational follow-through
- A self-starter who can own outcomes as a team of one
Experience in consumer marketplaces, subscription businesses, healthtech, or trust-based categories is a strong plus. Healthcare background is not required — curiosity and hustle are.
This Role Is NOT
- A paid acquisition role
- A pure brand or creative role
- A high-level strategy-only position
This is a hands-on builder role. You'll be in the weeds designing systems, automating referral flows, and scaling the infrastructure that powers our marketplace growth — market by market.
Why Join Coral Care

- Meaningful equity in a high-growth Series A company
