This position serves as a leadership role within the marketing team, with ownership over paid media strategy, investment decisions, and long-term channel roadmap. The role will manage and mentor a Paid Media Specialist, with the opportunity to scale and structure the team over time, elevating capabilities, processes, and performance standards.
This individual will operate as a key cross-functional partner across creative, retention, merchandising, finance, and executive leadership, ensuring paid media is fully integrated into broader business strategy, forecasting, and planning.
