Opportunity:

Allied Sports is hiring a Senior Manager of Partnership Development to join our fast-growing team and support revenue driven opportunities for Allied Sports’ property clients.


The Senior Manager of Partnership Development will be a key revenue-generating member of the Allied Sports Partnership Sales team, responsible for sourcing and progressing large-scale, integrated marketing partnerships. The Senior Manager, Partnership Development will report to SVP, Partnership Development.
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business partnerships across Allied Sports’ diverse roster of property partners
  • Manage the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and applicable materials by identifying unique brand needs in collaboration with Allied Sports Partnership Solutions lead
  • Lead all elements of the sales cycle, including prospecting, ideating, pitching, and negotiating to close
  • Build strong relationships with property clients and internal stakeholders at Allied Sports
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects for assigned property clients and consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets
  • Spearhead creation of prospect lists for applicable property partners, jointly with Partnership Solutions lead
  • Deliver regular sales forecasting and pipeline reporting for Allied Sports internal leadership and property clients

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in driving multi-year partnerships with leading brands and sports properties  
  • Established connections with decision makers at companies across a wide range of industries and geographies  
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across the agency
  • Deep understanding of the Sports & Entertainment landscape with sports property / league and/or agency experience preferred
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in a group, team environment
  • Strong ability to multi-task, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management, relationship, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed (which could include weekends)


Considerations:

  • Base salary: $90–105K annually + Commission
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri)

Base salary represents the salary range that Allied Sports, in good faith, might be willing to pay for this job at the time of this posting. Actual base salary depends on several factors, including market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), and level of responsibility. Allied Sports expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Allied Sports would consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range only in truly exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position.
