About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Partnerships to join Better Collective and help us drive the performance, strategy, and execution of major, high-impact digital sports media partnerships.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across leadership, content, product, marketing, sales, and finance to translate strategic ideas into high-performing operational realities.

You will be working with our core performance partnerships team, acting like a business owner for our strategic partnership initiatives. This team focuses on performance partnerships, syndication, and product integration, reaching millions of sports and betting fans globally.

What you’ll do
  • Act as the operational business owner for strategic digital media partnerships, focusing on driving performance, developing strategic ideas, and analyzing partnership health.

  • Continuous improvement of core processes across content, product, and revenue operations, translating overall objectives into clear operational plans, timelines, and KPIs.

  • Maintain up-to-date financial reporting, take ownership of P&L tracking, and utilize Tableau to build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.

  • Align internal product managers, content teams, legal, and finance workflows to ensure seamless product integration and contract compliance without missing a beat.

What we’re looking for
  • 2–4 years of experience in business operations, partnership management, strategy, consulting, or a related field within digital media, sports, entertainment, or creator-driven businesses.

  • Strong familiarity with owning/maintaining a P&L alongside hands-on experience using Tableau to monitor and analyze performance metrics.

  • A strong understanding of the sports betting industry, including familiarity with sports betting tools, products, and insights.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
