About the Role

Infillion is launching a dedicated Search & Social offering and is seeking a Senior Manager, Search & Social Ad Operations to build and scale the execution arm of this new practice.

This person will come in as the subject matter expert across major search and social platforms, own client-facing strategy and performance conversations, and establish the processes, workflows, and team structure needed to grow the offering.

A high-level working knowledge of programmatic, enough to collaborate fluently with the existing DSP/campaign management team is required, though deep hands-on programmatic execution is not the focus of this role.

What You'll Do

Search & Social Subject Matter Expertise

  • Serve as the go-to expert on search and social platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, X, and Reddit
  • Own hands-on setup, QA, and troubleshooting directly within platform UIs — diagnosing delivery, targeting, and tracking issues at a technical level
  • Stay current on platform updates, new ad formats, and industry best practices across the search/social landscape, including enterprise tools like SA360 and Skai

Building & Scaling the Execution Arm

  • Design and stand up the operational processes, workflows, and documentation needed to support search/social campaign execution at scale
  • Build out the team structure for the practice as it grows, including defining roles, workflows, and quality standards
  • Partner with leadership on go-to-market planning for the search/social offering, including resourcing and capacity planning
  • Establish QA and reporting standards consistent with Infillion's broader ad ops practices

Client-Facing Strategy & Performance

  • Lead client conversations on search/social strategy, campaign setup, and performance, acting as the primary SME in these discussions
  • Present performance recaps, optimization recommendations, and strategic narratives directly to clients
  • Translate platform-level data into actionable insights and growth opportunities for client accounts

Cross-Functional & Cross-Channel Collaboration

  • Partner with Client Services and Sales Strategy to scope and support new search/social business
  • Collaborate with the programmatic Campaign Management team to support omnichannel strategy conversations, bringing a high-level understanding of DSP mechanics, KPIs, and trafficking to those discussions
  • Work with Production and Ad Ops leadership to align search/social workflows with existing operational standards
What You Have
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing search and social campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar), including enterprise-level budgets
  • Deep technical fluency troubleshooting directly within search/social platform UIs (tracking, targeting, delivery, bid strategy issues)
  • High-level working knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem — DSPs, trafficking, and core KPIs (CTR, VCR, CPA) — sufficient to collaborate cross-channel; hands-on programmatic trafficking experience is a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated experience building, organizing, or scaling operational processes or teams
  • Strong client-facing presence — confident leading strategy, setup, and performance conversations directly with clients
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets in Excel and BI tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (media, marketing, STEM, or economics focus a plus)

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in media planning, digital, marketing, marketing research of which three (3) years of work experience in advertising and programmatic including execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns through DSP and ad serving platform technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, math, economics, or related field
  • Expertise in Audience Segmentation, Personalization, Marketing, Media/Investment strategy, Ad Servers/Tag Management platforms (CM360, Flashtalking, etc) and Ad Verification Vendors (DoubleVerify, IAS, Moat, etc)
  • Expertise with Rich Media ad formats and vendors
  • Experience with Social Media and Native platforms
  • Extensive experience with pixels, data collection and measurement partners
  • Experience managing and improving workflows across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong campaign management and troubleshooting skills
  • Service-oriented, with an understanding and inclination towards good client service
  • High competency level in MS Office products including Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Ensure there is a focus on accountability and performance, with clear line of sight between organization strategy and individual goals
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Experience in SQL, NoSQL, Python and Javascript a plus
  • Familiarity with Retail Media Networks a plus
Base Salary Range: $91,000.00 - $136,500.00
