Company Description

PatientFi® is a technology-based, point-of-sale financing company in Irvine, CA that partners with healthcare providers to offer patients a friendly payment solution for out-of-pocket medical and dental procedures. The company serves various healthcare specialties, including plastic surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology, dentistry, fertility, and medical spas. PatientFi's mission is to expand patient access to elective healthcare treatments by removing the cost barrier and providing patients with a convenient payment option.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to own PatientFi's expansion into new healthcare verticals. You're a creative thinker who works hard, follows through, and takes pride in seeing execution all the way through. You'll run the whole motion as a hands-on marketer, from turning leadership's chosen vertical into a launch plan to launching campaigns, signing partners, and reporting results. Roughly 60% of your time goes to vertical go-to-market and tactical execution and 40% to strategic partnerships.

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Sales leadership to set direction, work with creative and content teams on execution, and present strategy and results to senior leadership. This is a high-visibility role for someone who loves building something new and owns outcomes from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Vertical GTM Strategy & Execution (~60%)

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market for PatientFi's priority verticals, turning leadership's direction into launch plans with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics.
  • Bring each GTM strategy to life and own execution in the verticals and entry points leadership sets.
  • Design the provider acquisition motion for each vertical, including positioning, offer, messaging, and the channel mix.
  • Plan and run multi-channel campaigns, and brief and manage the collateral that goes with them, in partnership with creative and content teams.
  • Run pilots, analyze results, and scale what works.
  • Align with Sales on messaging, lead quality, and market feedback.
  • Track launch performance against KPIs such as qualified leads, conversion, cost per acquired provider, and active providers, and share findings and recommendations with senior leadership.

Strategic Partnerships (~40%)

  • Identify and prioritize partners that open doors into new verticals, such as manufacturers and brands, distributors, associations, practice-management and healthtech platforms, and buying groups.
  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements (referral, co-marketing, integration, or other models) and own each relationship from first conversation to renewal.
  • Plan and run co-marketing programs, and track partner-sourced pipeline and volume.
  • Be the internal voice of our partners, bringing their needs and market feedback back into our GTM strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage and grow existing partnerships, keeping them active, aligned, and performing.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead initiatives from kickoff to completion, on time, on budget, and aligned to business goals.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations so every growth initiative works together.
  • Keep an eye on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in growth marketing, market development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating and managing strategic partnerships as a go-to-market channel, including co-marketing programs.
  • A track record of leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience in elective or cash-pay healthcare, healthtech, or fintech/payments strongly preferred.
  • A data-driven mindset: you're comfortable analyzing campaign and partnership performance, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong storytelling: you can turn a complex growth opportunity into a clear, compelling narrative.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and energy for owning outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

These requirements are representative, not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to succeed in this role.

Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Quarterly variable compensation program eligibility
  • Medical, dental, and vision premiums covered at 80% for employees and dependents
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 401(k)
  • Parental leave
  • Accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) policy at no cost to you
  • [Add: why PatientFi, one line on growth stage or impact]
