Position Summary:

The Senior Manager - Strategy and Business Development is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance care management and utilization management programs within a telephonic and virtual care environment. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize program performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing strategic plans and program roadmaps
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends
- Support program optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Collaborate with Sales teams on value propositions and client presentations
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment on strategic priorities

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, program management, or related roles
- Strong understanding of care management and utilization management principles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with telephonic and virtual care models
- Familiarity with NCQA, CMS, and state regulations
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $165,954.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
