The Role
The Senior Managing Consultant will partner with senior marketing leaders at our customers to design and deliver high-impact marketing and customer engagement solutions across a multi-market portfolio in the region, with accountability for revenue growth.
This is a commercial, client-facing role for someone who combines strong marketing expertise with the ability to originate, shape and close opportunities.
The role holder will:
-Own and deliver ambitious revenue targets for marketing solutions across a portfolio of markets.
-Build and deepen senior relationships with CMOs, Heads of Marketing and wider business leadership at priority clients.
-Start from each client's business priorities and design integrated, outcome-led marketing and engagement solutions around them.
-Develop compelling value-based narratives, proposals and business cases.
-Partner with Product, Marketing & Communications, Account Management and other internal teams to shape and deliver client propositions.
-Scope and manage engagements end-to-end, working with Legal, Compliance and delivery partners to ensure high-quality execution.
-Use evidence, benchmarks and measurement to demonstrate client impact and return on investment.
-Share expertise with account teams to help identify and progress opportunities.
-Represent Mastercard Services at client workshops, industry events and market forums.
-Travel regularly across markets in the region.

Experience
-Proven commercial track record in client development across marketing, partnerships, media or experiential solutions, gained in an agency, media, partnership or senior in-house marketing role.
-Alternatively, a high-performing senior marketing leader from a bank or major consumer brand with a demonstrable record of building high-impact campaigns and partnerships.
-Established senior marketing relationships in the region; financial services experience is an advantage.
-Demonstrated ability to structure and close deals involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
-Experience managing agencies and third-party partners, including negotiating commercial terms and holding them to delivery.
-Track record of delivering against ambitious targets.
-Experience of P&L or margin management is an advantage.
