What You’ll Do:Design & Visual Execution- Design and iterate on sales and marketing assets, including slide decks, presentations, one-pagers, templates, and internal materials.
- Own visual execution for sales collateral end-to-end, acting as the main point of contact for internal design needs.
- Ensure all work aligns with brand standards while continually raising the visual bar.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to maintain consistency, clarity, and quality.
- Deliver high-quality design work with fast turnaround times in a dynamic environment.
- Quickly iterate based on feedback from relationship managers/sales team, leadership, and other cross-functional partners.
- Balance speed and polish, knowing when to refine and when to move forward.
- Partner with Relationship Management/Sales, Product, Client Success, and Executive teams to support company-wide initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, bringing structure, organization, and momentum to your work.
- Translate business and marketing goals into clear, compelling visual narratives.
- Support marketing initiatives through light content editing and layout for campaigns, web pages, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate on campaign execution across email, presentations, and other marketing touchpoints.
- Experiment with new tools, including AI-powered design and marketing technologies, to streamline workflows and enhance creativity.
- 3–6 years of experience in design and/or marketing, ideally within a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design across presentations, sales collateral, and marketing assets.
- Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional attention to visual detail, hierarchy, and storytelling, especially in decks and presentations.
- Advanced project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and incorporating feedback quickly and effectively.
- Experience with email or marketing automation platforms (Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) is a plus.
