We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own pipeline generation while helping shape the broader marketing function. This role combines demand generation, content strategy, and product marketing. You'll be responsible for building and executing campaigns across paid and organic channels, creating content that resonates with institutional audiences, and translating complex products into clear, compelling narratives.

This role sits at the center of Hypercore's marketing efforts and offers significant ownership across demand generation, content, and product marketing.

We're also looking for someone who is excited about how AI is transforming both financial services and modern marketing, and who actively explores new tools and workflows to improve how they work.

What You'll Do
  • Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid and organic channels

  • Drive SEO, AEO, content distribution, and organic growth initiatives

  • Create content including messaging, campaign briefs, thought leadership, and marketing assets

  • Develop positioning and messaging for products, features, and company initiatives

  • Translate complex private credit workflows and product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives

  • Drive cross - functional campaign execution across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing

  • Analyze pipeline performance, attribution, and campaign effectiveness to inform decision - making

  • Continuously test, measure, and improve marketing performance across channels

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant ownership of demand generation programs

  • Proven experience building and optimizing paid acquisition programs across LinkedIn, Google, and other digital channels with measurable impact on pipeline generation

  • Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and modern organic growth tactics

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with pipeline and revenue metrics

  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution

  • Demonstrated ownership mentality and bias toward action

  • Strong curiosity about AI and a willingness to incorporate emerging AI tools into everyday marketing workflows

Preferred
  • Experience marketing complex, technical, or highly specialized products

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, capital markets, or enterprise software

  • Experience building programs and processes from scratch in a startup or high - growth environment

  • Comfortable operating in a small team where the playbook is still being written
