Teneo S&C advises CEOs and senior leaders on their most complex business and reputational challenges through integrated offerings spanning investor relations, corporate & financial communications, transactions & special situations, government & public affairs, crisis & litigation, governance & sustainability, digital, research, and creative services.

This position will help strengthen presence in key markets; showcase the breadth of senior subject matter expertise across core services and sectors; develop targeted approaches for senior leaders at marquee industry convenings; manage curated client experiences; and ensure the business is promoted consistently across channels and engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, lead, and manage best-in-class, cross-channel marketing initiatives that showcase Teneo’s differentiation, capabilities, thought leadership, client successes, and industry expertise.
  • Serve as a strategic and execution-oriented Marketing Partner to S&C senior leaders on marketing and communications initiatives that support its business growth, client engagement, and market positioning.

  • Drive owned content strategy, creation, and distribution across multiple channels, including website, social media, email, video, and internal communications.
  • Support the planning and execution of client events, industry conferences, executive roundtables, webinars, sponsorships, and networking opportunities that enhance visibility and strengthen C-Suite relationships.
  • Manage content and experience on teneo.com, ensuring alignment with broader brand strategy and ensuring content remains current, impactful, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Own end-to-end project and campaign delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Analyze campaign performance, marketing engagement metrics, and business development activity to inform future strategies.
  • Support integration and marketing efforts related to acquisitions, new hires, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing technology platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Talent Acquisition, People Team, IT, Finance, and Operations, to support priority business initiatives.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate has experience in global advisory/consulting services, strategic or corporate communications, financial communications, and/or legal services.
  • Expertise supporting multiple senior stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience inside global organizations, partnering with teams across regions and business units.
  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, business development, or related fields, ideally within a global advisory or consulting firm.
  • Proven experience executing events, campaigns, thought leadership programs, and content strategies for C-Suite leaders.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
