People Inc. is seeking a strategic, creative, and solutions-oriented Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to join our Health vertical. This role will help shape how our Health brands and business go to market, identifying new opportunities for growth and translating business priorities, advertiser needs, audience insights, and brand strengths into differentiated strategies and programs that drive revenue.

Working across 40+ People Inc. brands spanning Health, Lifestyle, Food & Beverage, Parenting, Tech, Travel, and more, this person will play a key role in developing cross-brand, multi-channel opportunities for Pharma advertisers, shaping go-to-market strategy, and creating compelling narratives and materials that bring our strongest ideas to market. This role requires an integrated marketing mindset and the ability to think creatively across channels and capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong traditional marketing fundamentals with strategic thinking, creative ideation, exceptional storytelling, and the ability to move quickly from an open-ended business challenge to a clear path forward.


Hybrid 3x a week- (NYC, NY) 

In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

Health Brand Marketing works across 40+ People Inc. brands spanning Health, Lifestyle, Food & Beverage, Parenting, Tech, Travel, and more, developing cross-brand, multi-channel opportunities for Pharma advertisers, shaping go-to-market strategy, and creating compelling narratives and materials that bring our strongest ideas to market. The team brings an integrated marketing mindset and thinks creatively across channels and capabilities.


About the Position's Contributions:

Shape Brand + Business Strategy
Help shape positioning and go-to-market strategy for our Health brands and broader Health business. Translate business priorities, audience insights, editorial strengths, market trends, and advertiser needs into clear strategies that strengthen our brands and drive revenue.

Develop Cross-Portfolio Opportunities
Proactively identify and build differentiated programs that connect Health with brands, audiences, platforms, and capabilities across People Inc. Bring fresh thinking to advertiser challenges, grounding new opportunities in brand strengths, editorial strategy, audience insights, and Pharma demand to expand investment beyond our endemic Health brands.


Lead Marketing Storytelling + Go-to-Market Development

Turn strategies and ideas into clear, compelling narratives, presentations, sales materials, and market-facing stories. Own work from early-stage thinking through polished execution, ensuring our strongest opportunities are differentiated, easy to understand, and positioned to drive revenue.


Champion Cross-Functional Partnerships

Work closely with Sales, RFP Marketing, Editorial, Research, Product, Activation, and other cross-functional teams to identify business needs, shape solutions, and move priority initiatives forward. Serve as a strategic marketing partner who can connect perspectives across teams and turn them into action.


Support Priority Partnerships + Market Activation

Support select agency and client initiatives, Trade and Promo partnerships, trainings, industry moments, and events as part of the broader Brand Marketing strategy, helping strengthen our relationships and how Health shows up in the market.

Help shape positioning and go-to-market strategy for our Health brands and broader Health business. Proactively identify and build differentiated programs that connect Health with brands, audiences, platforms, and capabilities across People Inc., creating new opportunities that strengthen our brands and drive revenue.

30% Marketing Storytelling + Go-to-Market Development
Turn strategies and ideas into clear, compelling narratives, presentations, sales materials, and market-facing stories. Own work from early-stage thinking through polished execution, ensuring our strongest opportunities are differentiated, easy to understand, and positioned to drive revenue.

30% Trade, Promo + Client Partnerships
Support priority agency and client initiatives, Trade and Promo partnerships, trainings, industry moments, and events as part of the broader Brand Marketing strategy. Partner cross-functionally to strengthen key relationships, execute high-impact market activations, and elevate how Health shows up with clients and across the industry.


The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:


Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.


Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, media/publishing, agency strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience working across multiple brands, audiences, platforms, or channels preferred.
  • Experience partnering with Sales and developing advertiser-facing strategies or solutions strongly preferred.
  • Health, Pharma, or regulated-category experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:

  • Strong foundation in brand strategy, integrated marketing, go-to-market development, and strategic storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop original ideas and programs from an initial business need or opportunity.
  • Exceptional presentation development and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate complex strategies into simple, compelling stories.

% Travel Required (Approximate): 10%

Pay Range

Salary: New York: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees.
